Situated on the edge of the Auto Lodge site in a quiet cul-de-sac, it has its own private pedestrian entrance from Gill Street, plus an undercover entrance and carport off the motel carpark.

There are three queen bedrooms (one with ensuite) and one family bathroom.
The two outdoor living spaces are generous - one for morning sunshine and views, the other for afternoon sun and privacy.
Situated in a private landscaped garden with lawn, outdoor furniture and barbeque, the house also has its own private street entrance and garage
Watson House is located adjacant to the Coastal walkway and East End beach.

The ground floor has a queen bedroom and family bathroom, the first floor comprises a twin room with queen bed & single bed, a queen bedded room and a further room with a king bed, plus a second family bathroom.
